While it seems like yesterday that we opened Pinocchio’s Italian Restaurant, it’s actually been 2,555 days! We’ve enjoyed every minute of it, and these are the top things we’ve learned over the years.
Keep it Simple
Our motto is to create great Italian food. We do this by always staying faithful to our recipes to create delicious, home-style food that is relied on time and again as an excellent meal. Customers count on consistent, straightforward dishes that are full of flavor!
Great Italian food is only possible when you use the freshest ingredients. Homemade lasagna and pasta, garden vegetables, and newly rolled dough deliver the tastes our customers look forward to when they visit Pinocchio’s.
Cater for All
The gluten-free options at Pinocchio’s are some of our best-selling items on the menu! Customers who need dietary modifications to their Italian dishes (and those who don’t) are never disappointed regarding flavor or freshness. Our favorite gluten free items are available in all categories on the menu!
Serve with Pride
Because our aim is to dish up only the best Italian food, the entire team at Pinocchio’s Italian Eatery is committed to excellence. This approach results in pride in preparing food and pride in serving food. We are so proud that customers choose to spend their time with us that we want to return the love in all we do!
Room for All
We love to host your events! Our upstairs private dining hall is a special aspect of Pinocchio’s where customers and companies enjoy the space, catered meals, and exclusive bar to celebrate wedding, birthdays, anniversaries, company gatherings, and much more. This unique party space has proven so popular with customers and local businesses alike!
Treat Them Like Family
Many of our employees and our customers have been with Pinocchio’s since our opening in 2009. As a family-owned and operated business, this means the world to us! Our success is a mixture of great Italian food with a family atmosphere full of respect and consideration.
Customers and Community
Last, but certainly not least, Pinocchio’s has flourished in its seven years in business because of our loyal customers and the Brighton community. While we knew our building and location were special, we had no idea that it would become such an important place to so many. We are blessed!
For the 100s of events we’ve catered to the 1000s of customers we’ve served, thank you! It’s been an incredible seven years full of love and learning, and we’re looking forward to many more!
